Now that we are in the thick of summer, we know one feeling people don't like is getting into a hot car. You can turn the ignition on and get the A/C blasting, but there are other ways to keep your vehicle cool, and we have some answers:

One, getting a sunshade or window visor can help especially if parked outside in the sun to keep the interior temperature of the vehicle down on the front windshield, and it can be even cooler if you put one on the back too. Another suggestion is a dash cover especially as that protects some sensitive car materials from sun damage. We also advise covering your steering wheel with a hand towel so it is not so hot along with throw blankets on the seats, park in a shady area or a garage if you can, plus keep the windows cracked when there isn't bad weather.
