Gregg was great and very easy to work with. Brought my car in for a warranty issue and everything was taken care of at the dealership. Every time I’m there the guys are great!

It took several attempts before I was able to have person to person conversation with anyone in the service department and when I did the first person told me they prioritized safety recalls and scheduled maintenance/warranty work last because of the poor reimbursement from VW Corporation. Also, trying schedule this work online was impossible as the scheduling website didn’t accept warranty and recall work as an option.
