Made the appointment by phone with Devon. The dealership sent 2 reminders, which is good. I arrived ontime, met with Devon, we talked about what I wanted done etc. He made good notes, took my key, I waited, which was okay for me, I had time that day. Just looked around the lot and the ones next door. I sat in the waiting area and he came and found me. The car was out front. He took me out to look everything over. We went over the paper work and I was satisfied. No smudges on the exterior or interior.
