They did an excellent job on the oil change. However, the car wash wasn't the greatest. Its free though.

5 Star. I had excellent service from moment I walked in. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. They answered my text immediately and returned any phone call. Thank you for great service.

They purposely lied to us about our trade in to rip us off and then suddenly didn't have either of the 2 cars we came to the dealership for. Gave us $750 for my son's car absolutely abusing him on his trade in and then only had more expensive models on the lot instead of the more affordable models we made an appointment to look at and buy. To top it off, the $750 trade that they deemed undrivable after inspecting it, is for sale on their own lot for $7999. Just a horrible rip off experience. Such a dishonest seller and we will spread this wide and far as this is just deception and fraud and it's finest.

I visited when I frist bought my vw. David Quarles was the person I talked to very professional and personal representative. He noticed that my insurance company got my Vin number incorrect. He was very helpful with me. I never had anything done that day. He was so knowledgeable that I came back. I had my service done on my vw. Very good and done on time. Clean and friendly. Thank you David Quarles for being so nice.
